Ibuprofen Alternative

hi all, i’m wondering if any of you have a good alternative to ibuprofen since we are not supposed to take that while pregnant? I am in my first trimester and I am really struggling because I have TMJ and other chronic pain, including headaches, which i rely very heavily on ibuprofen for. Most ladies I know in real life say Tylenol, but when I take acetaminophen it literally does nothing for my headaches or pain that I have. I’m not sure why that is, and something I def will bring up at my OB appointment, but I’m looking for suggestions in the meantime. Thanks in advance 🧡
