[TOMT] [TV] Telenovela? from the 2000s with a women rising undead from a bathtub

This was from the 2000s and was a Spanish speaking channel I think. I remember one specific scene that haunted me as a kid, but I don't know anything about the plot so this might be tough.

A woman dies from either drowning or being strangled in a bathtub. She is in a bathrobe. She then rises from the bathtub with water splashing all over calmly and walks out of the room. Clearly, by her deadpan expression and non blinking eyes, she is not human anymore. I don't remember what happens next.

Any help appreciated!
