Urgent help needed! Monstera wont stop dying!

Im not sure why, but my monstera monkey mask wont get any better. It waant doing we previously because of root rot which I thought I fixed. I changed the pot with drainage and new indoor plant soil. I even took it to a plant nursery and followed the exact procedure the person said. The leaves are also super soft and weak. I have no idea how to help the plant and Im scared its going to die. Any help is greatly appreciated
