I slipped on wet tile that did not have a wet floor sign displayed.

Hello! I will try to be as detailed as possible.

I was at the movie theatre watching a movie (as you do, {project hail mary for anyone interested}) and i left the theatre to use the bathroom. The bathroom is at the end of this long hallway. At the other end of the hallway, there is a janitor with a mop bucket. About halfway between me and the bathroom, there is a concession stand that is no longer in use, and there is tiled floor directly in front of it. I stepped onto the tile, and i slipped, and fell on my left side, and now my left shoulder is in pain. The tile was wet, and there was not a wet floor sign displayed. Should i speak to a lawyer? And help is greatly appreciated, thank you in advance.
