M*sturbation and s*x related dreams.

Since a week it's happening to me. I feel aroused in my dream either s\*xually involved with something or just m\*sturbating randomly in dream but when I wake up I don't feel aroused or anything. It's deeply stressing me out. I don't know why is it happening. Earlier I used to have such dreams once in a while but these days it's happening almost everytime I sleep or take a nap. I'm a female in case you'll think I'm addicted to p\*rn or anything then NO I'm not. I'm kind of into spirituality. I'm freaking out.
