Has anyone tried a good pest control around Phoenix?

May partner and I run a small office building and we are currently fighting with the bank over some loan restructuring. The last thing we needed was a scorpion problem but here we are.

A buddy of mine hired a big name company last year and they basically just sprayed water and charged him a fortune. We are on a strict budget until our funding clears.

Looking for an honest local company that knows how to deal with these things properly.
