Is there a way to transfer save data from console to pc?

I’ve been playing Isaac pretty casually for a few years now and have been slowly moving over to pc as of late and seen some modding tools that would probably give me a more enjoyable experience, i haven’t done a dead god file or anything like that but Ive still made a fair amount of progress and don’t want to lose that when switching to pc is there any way i can keep my progress or will I just have to restart?
