Popping on own? Reccurence?

Has anyone tried to puncture and squeeze the sacs on their own to reduce the appearance? Do you need local anesthetic and did they recur for you? I read online that they will recur but some are reabsorbed, has that happened for anyone? I'm really desperate and scared since i can see literal THOUSANDS starting to emerge on my arms, neck, chest, etc. If getting one removed is $30 in Korea, then I would still probably be set back 10k and have to keep spending for the rest of my life...
