did anyone else feel really weird a few weeks post infusion? feeling hopeless.

i only got one venofer infusion, but i have been horribly anxious (partially traumatized by feeling so anemic and passing out during the infusion). my body has been so weak and heavy still, and im constantly exhausted. i get these episodes where everything feels super stiff, heavy, and weak, sometimes with pins and needles and air hunger. i’m on day 19 post infusion, and im wondering when it will get better. my ferritin was low for awhile, so maybe it’s just adjustment or the process of building blood? i have also been SO hungry and swollen and have been feeling like im gaining weight. has anyone else had a similar experience? any hope?
