Finally solved the "blanket sliding off the wheelchair" issue with some simple snaps
We’ve been working on a wearable blanket design specifically for mobility aid users, and I’m really happy with how the latest version turned out.
One of our users recently shared their experience: They loved that the snaps keep the blanket secure so it doesn’t get caught in the wheels or slide off when moving. Plus, the fleece is machine washable, which is a must for nursing home settings.
It’s knee-length, so it keeps the legs warm without the bulk of a full-size quilt. If anyone here has parents in recliners or wheelchairs, how do you usually handle the "cold legs" problem? Would love to hear your thoughts on this design!
