Be honest! How many leads have you lost just because a message got buried somewhere?

Happened to me recently. Someone reached out on LinkedIn, I saw it on my phone, thought "I'll reply properly later" and completely forgot about it. Remembered two weeks later. Obviously too late.

The annoying part is it's not really a discipline problem. It's that people reach out from everywhere — email, LinkedIn, Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, sometimes Twitter... and there's no single place where I can just see who's waiting for a response.

I've tried a few things, nothing has really stuck.

Curious what your setup looks like. Do you have something that actually works or do you just kind of accept that some stuff will fall through? And has it ever cost you something you actually noticed?
