Constantly have random women looking at me, then looking down when I see them then sometime later they look again? It feels weird, what should I do?

I am an average looking guy who has never been told he's handsome but this has been happening for quite some while now and I can't figure out why. And it's not just me but my girlfriend has noticed this as well so I know I am not tripping. If I am meeting some people then the woman is constantly looking and if I am out or at the gym there's a girl looking at me constantly. Gets me feeling really weird.
