Is this job legit? NEED ADVICE

Process: employer reached out to me asking if I was interested in a sales and marketing role. (Did not apply for it, saw my profile on a website). Interview was online for 1.5h The interview was more of just a conversation and the staff shared more about the company, asked like about my life. Stated you start out as a sales associate then become team leader etc. Before the interview I had to fill up an application form with uncommon questions like personal + career goals where do I see myself in 5 years?? was shortlisted after the interview.
