GSL taking away my dogs

Is there a policy about a GSL taking away your request clients? At least once a month my GSL picks one or two of my request clients and switches them over to a different stylist without informing me. Then my client shows up that day and is upset because they asked for me and now they have to settle for someone else. Ive lost clients because they get so sick of showing up expecting me only to come in and it not be me that they stop coming in entirely. Im tired of losing reliable clients to new guest bookings who never show up!
