affair with married coworker

for over a year i've been flirting with a coworker. in december he made his move and we made out a lot during work hours in the office. even went so far as to give him head in the office when no one else was around.

here's the problem. I'm 26f and he's 44m. and he's married with children.

i know it's bad but i love it. i love the noncommittal attention and sexual desire.

i can't stop thinking about him... and i dont even work there anymore. recently promoted and left the office.

we haven't done anything or really even talked sexually since giving him head...but fuck i want more...

but i also feel so guilty and disgusted with myself for being the other woman.
