Nemesis claw vs sanctifiers vs starter

Looking to get my first box. Looking at what would be fun to paint, so it’s - Nemesis Claw, sanctifiers, or plague marines from the starter - and then try to sell the Death Angels just like everyone else.

Just started a business, so funds are tight, but want to get back into wargaming after a hiatus from Warmachine.

Wondering -

1. Any that need additional boxes to play? Want to stick to one box.

2. Any of the above that are just… not good?

3. In general, I’ve player a lot of either buff/debuff armies or speed-based forces. Beatsticks aren’t my favorite… Any of the above play into either of those?
