Stroller recs for 2.5 year age gap

My daughter will be 2.5 when baby brother arrives. Right now we have the uppa baby vista. I’m not sure I want to use that one as a double since I’ve come to find out the bassinet has to go on the bottom. Or the alternative is buy the rumble seat attachment which also has to go on the bottom. Ideally I’d put my toddler on the bottom but that seat is smaller than the toddler seat that would go up top and at 2 years old my 99 percentile height daughter is already hanging out of the seat so I can’t imagine putting her in a smaller seat in 6 months

I really loved the bassinet attachment with the vista for the first few months to go on walks so would really like to get a side by side stroller that fits a bassinet and toddler seat.

Or should I just wait until baby is a little bigger and use something like the Zoe twin? Or thoughts on the bugaboo donkey?

Weight of a stroller is not a huge issue to me, I’d rather the best set up.
