AOA Pre-training Exam

Was wondering if anyone has sat the new orthopaedics exam that has been introduced by the AOA:

1. What was it was like

2. The content covered (surgical technique focused? anatomy? physiology? management / identification of orthopaedic conditions? all of these?)

3. Difficulty - particularly as compared to the GSSE

4. Any types of preparation people did for it (and I suppose, also generally for any orthopaedics exam what would be go to resources)?
