Meta Pixel (Shopify Integration) not sending events – "No Pixel Found" by Helper & Red Triangle in Events Manager

Hey everyone,

I’m struggling with my Meta Pixel setup on Shopify and could use some help. I've spent the last 5 hours trying to fix it, but I’m stuck.

The Situation:

• Setup: I used the official Facebook & Instagram App on Shopify to connect my Pixel.

• Settings: Data sharing is set to "Maximum" (Conversions API is active).

• The Problem: In Meta Events Manager, I see a red warning triangle next to my dataset. When I go to "Test Events," absolutely nothing shows up when I visit my site.

• The Weird Part: I installed the Meta Pixel Helper Chrome Extension, and it says "No Pixel found" on my website, even though the Shopify app says it’s connected and active.

What I’ve already tried:

1. Cleared browser cache and disabled all Ad-Blockers.

2. Checked if the store is live (it is, no password protection).

3. Accepted all cookies on the consent banner.

4. Tried visiting the site via mobile to trigger an event.

5. Verified that the Pixel ID in Shopify matches the one in Events Manager.

In the Shopify Backend under "Customer Events," the Meta pixel is listed as "Active," but the data just isn't reaching Meta and the Helper Extension stays grey.
