Double standard on older celebrities dating younger women

I presume that at this point we all know the Leonardo de Caprio meme and everybody called him a creep for that, myself included

But as Leo keeps dating 20 years old again, again , another time and get yet again I can't help thinking that these "dates" are fully knowing what they're doing.

I honestly don't think these young attractive women would date a 50+ years old man if they weren't rich or famous

Yet hardly ever somebody call them out it's always the men getting slack

Why?

In my opinion she's just creepy as he is, wouldn't you agree?

Obviously I'm talking about all the celebs/people in power not only Leo
