How much is too much boob pain

Came on here earlier to talk about one symptom now I have to ask about another it’s cat tell by now this is my first pregnancy after a very early loss so a lot of things are new to me and I don’t wanna go to the doctor every 5 seconds because if I allowed me I would, anyways I just touched my boob and it hurt like pretty bad it’s only one boob tho it doesn’t rally hurt when I’m not touching it jus kind of this weird sparkling sensation but when I touch it it’s pretty painful has anyone else gone through this in very early in this pregnancy I have PCOS so I have no idea when I conceived I have to wait to find out anything but has that happened to anyone before should I mention it lol it’s just one of the the other one is fine no soreness at all
