Dental bills & tax dues, help!

Young adult, living financially precariously. Been hit with a nearly 2k tax payment due entirely out of the blue, and at the same time just received the estimate total for all the dental work I'm gonna need. Next immediate appointments come out to almost 3k, with the grand total being 11k. Every other paycheck goes to rent, and I'm still paying for utilities and previous medical debt. To say I'm nervous is an understatement. Roommate has other bills to deal with and family is similarly financially struggling. Any help is welcome. Thank you.
