Aus still racist & sexist?

Went to a client meeting with a colleague today. Being a coloured female I was barely looked at the time of the meeting. Even though I was the lead in the project and my colleague was a support resource added, most of the communication felt like it was directed to him. Small things like having an elongated eye contact with my colleague than me. I have experienced this multiple times in this country but when I spent a few years in the UK I haven’t really come across this or atleast not so in my face!

Aus still racist in subtle ways and sexism still exists predominantly. Obviously it’s not loud but far too obvious! Just ranting!
