**What fits in your bag**  
This size is honestly the sweet spot. I already have the mini and small Puzzle (yes… it’s becoming a collection, don’t judge 🫣), and the medium feels like the “I can carry my life without sacrificing aesthetics” version. It fits all the daily essentials *plus* those “just in case” items we all pretend we don’t overpack.



I also love exploring different sizes and colors of the Puzzle!  It’s one of those bags where each variation somehow feels like a completely new personality. At this point, I’m not collecting bags… I’m collecting Puzzle characters 😂

**Your thoughts**  
Mandy was incredibly patient throughout the whole process…especially since I was *very* specific (aka mildly indecisive) about colors and sizes and kept sending her reference photos 😅 She carefully checked everything and made sure I got exactly what I wanted.



Her PSPs are honestly some of the best: super detailed, clear, and flattering.



Once I gave the green light, she shipped the bag the very next day and even sent a photo of the packaged box. And when I received it, it looked exactly like what she sent. No surprise repackaging, no mystery switch-up, just smooth and consistent all the way through.



The PSP matched the actual bag perfectly, which is always such a relief. And the smell? That rich leather scent that’s very similar to my authentic Loewe ❤️ instant happiness.



The bag came already nicely slouchy (as it should!), though maybe just a tiny bit dry. But I always condition my bags before first use anyway, so I’m confident that’ll bring it to perfection.
