The Division: Resurgence will it be officially released for PC?

Does anyone, or any administrator, have information on whether the game will be officially released for PC? I'm avoiding using emulators for now...
I'd like to cover the entire game's story on my YouTube channel, which focuses on The Division's story. I think it would be cool to avoid some headaches using emulators.

Not to mention it could be a hit on stores like STEAM and Uplay.
