Weary to start SSRI again

hey all! I was previously on Prozac for about 6 months and Lexapro for 6 months ending about 3 years ago. Recently, I’ve been experiencing anxiety and wanted to see if there were any anxiety-specific medicines I could try. My NP prescribed buspar and viibryd. However, i am really not wanting to try the viibryd. Is it bad to ask my NP if I can just start by trying the buspar?
