Transferring to AMXL FC or cross dock

I am currently an L5 AM in AMZL in NY and will be trying to transfer to Port St Lucie FL over the next month or 2. I have 16 months tenure as an L5 and exceeded expectations in this review and realistically would have been on the path to L6 EOY or after peak. Due to personal reasons and interests I will be relocating.

Port St Lucie region has fulfillment, cross dock, and AMZL. Fulfillment/cross dock has the most opportunities all within 45min but I only know AMZL. I plan to ask questions when I reach out to HM but here are a few that I have:

1. How long should I expect training in AMXL Fulfillment or cross dock since it’s new to me?

2. How long should I expect for 5-6 in AMXL fulfillment or cross dock? I know there’s a lot more movement with way more roles than a delivery station.

3. What are hours and shifts like in AMXL fulfillment and cross dock? Also what is peak and prime MET like?
