What are some things an average/homely woman can do to uhh compensate?

Genuine question. No platitudes please.

We are ultimately all driven by biology and whether we’re aware of it or not treat or view women who are not that attractive as less.

I am not that homely but I am getting older. And I have some things working against me (some mental issues). I am super pragmatic so suggestions wouldn’t offend me. Also the man I like is very attractive and can have his pick of any woman so i am trying to optimize any positive quality I may have lol. I am thinking of growing a monstrous ass and learning how to cook more( spare me moral indignation). What else?
