GPU rendering. Price and Shops

I'd like to invest sa GPU so I can study and use other rendering software. I've been using Vray with only a GTX 1650. I can also use a lumion but when it getting bigger, it is lagging mostly sa pre rendering part. Any recos po along with its price and also, I'm from Batangas city, can you recommend some shops na legit. Yung iba po kasing nakikita ko overpricing. Thank you

Also one thing, I just heard po na lumion ray tracing doesnt work sa PC, only sa laptop, may solution po ba dito?
