Pain is killing me post op day 1

Day 1 post surgery around 14 hours after the op. I am in hell, i cant sleep nearly it’s 2am. I would do anything to feel different, ive take 2 percocet and a 500mg tylonel.

Im not sure how anyone could sleep through this pain these first couple of nights. I can already tell its going to a rough week.
