Qatar Airways is indefensible

For context, during this highly irregular disruption in the region, I’ve dealt with Air Canada, Emirates, Saudia, Egypt Air, Qatar Airways and third party booking websites Flighthub and BudgetAir.com. Yes, my family and I travel frequently and all our tickets were before the conflict. By far, and I truly mean by leagues. Qatar Airways has been the most unpleasant to deal with. How can they be even worse than third party booking websites, I have no idea. But I wouldn’t travel for free on their flights after this. My main issue is the stonewalling tactic they use where they keep repeating the same things by route. I get that’s their training, but it’s extremely frustrating. The absolute lack of communication, and outright rudeness at in person offices has put the worst taste in my mouth. We’re all tired & anxious. I understand this, but it’s unacceptable to put even more stress on stranded passengers who trusted you to get them to their destinations safely, or at least communicate with them to alleviate their anxiety. Extremely disappointed and angry at their lack of care.
