Phones at night

Why do we feel the need to fall asleep while blasting videos out loud every single night? It’s gotten to the point where I have to sleep on the couch in the common room of our suite bc it’s so damn loud. I have no idea why it’s so fucking difficult to just turn the volume off or put headphones in to watch videos after YOU asked to turn the lights off😭
