Direction Needed

Survived CMM, toxic supervisor, traumatic events, and MH challenges. Finally found somewhere i feel values while working to no longer be provisionally licensed. Here's the issue- it's nowhere near what they promised. They were also shocked with their lack of ability to provide what they advertised, and have genuinely been so supportive. I dont know how much longer I can stick it out. Being back where I was during undergrad financially is wrecking my mh. I dont know how long is appropriate to wait out.

Should I try to find someone to do in addition?

Should I leave? Do I pivot completely due to the state of the world?
