Struggling to grow organically has anyone had luck with SMM panels?

I’ve been trying to grow my account for months now, consistent posting, engaging with others, decent content (at least I think so). But the growth is painfully slow and engagement feels like it’s plateaued. It’s getting frustrating.

I keep hearing about SMM panels as a shortcut, but I’m honestly not sure if they’re legit or just a way to get shadowbanned. I don’t want to ruin the audience I do have, but I also feel like everyone around me is using something to boost their numbers.

Has anyone here actually used one of these panels? Did it help you break through a plateau, or did it backfire? Also, any tips on how to tell a decent service from a sketchy one? Just trying to figure out my next move. Thanks in advance.
