18M, need help dealing with a coaching centre

im in kuwait and i paid 200kd for a neet crash course to a coaching centre who im not going to mention the name of for safety reasons, i did their classes for upto 10 days until which i realised they werent as effective, this coaching centre is quite reputed in kuwait, we asked for a refund as i only attended 10 days. They told us that they werent going to give us one and that they told us in their 'agreement', they never gave us such an agreement nor did they tell us about the no refund policy. All they did was give us the sheet to fill in the details of parents and of the student, never once was there mention of no refund policy on their flyer or the sheet to fill in the details.

My parents were planning on action but since the coaching centre is reputed and it can probably be an issue for us we decided not to continue, i need the people of this subreddit to provide genuine advice so that we can proceed with caution.
