Mounjaro didn’t work

My husband just went from mounjaro to wegovy two days ago. He felt almost nothing on mounjaro. Maybe a little when he was on 7.5 but that was just for a day or two. He came up to 10 mg then went to an endocrinologist who switched him to wegovy.

Before anyone asks about calorie deficit, tdee, exercising - obviously all of that is necessary to lose weight but he should FEEL something from the drug, otherwise why spend money on it. If it was so easy to do it without it, no one would need it. Yesterday before he went to bed, which is about 1.5 days from his first wegovy shot, he also felt nothing so I’m afraid he might be a non-responder. But before we come to that conclusion, is there anyone who was in a similar situation and maybe found a “hack” that made it work - that made you feel the drug?
