Teeth moving and in pain

I had to get a crown done and it took three weeks to get the final crown delivered and set. So I wasn’t able to wear my retainer and now it doesn’t fit. My teeth have moved and now I probably need orthodontic work again, which I can’t really afford. But I’m in constant pain and tooth pain is horrible and all consuming. So I guess I’m putting it on a credit card. I’ve had so many teeth problems since peri. I brush and floss daily, I’ve always kept up my teeth. But I’ve had fractures, tooth loss and numerous cavities and crowns. I want to live life to the fullest, but I feel peri has taken so much from me and now I’m always in constant pain of some kind, but this is the absolute worst. I had orthodontia in my youth and undiagnosed thyroid problems so my roots absorbed. I’m scared that I’ll lose my four front teeth from this. I’m just venting I guess. Anyone else deal with this? Oh and I have a UTI now too from sex I had yesterday, which normally makes me feel much better. But I’m in so much pain nothing will help. At least nothing they will prescribe. I’m on HRT, and it’s helped a lot. Just not my teeth. Thanks for reading.
