Ragging alcoholic relapse

Need someone drunk to talk to. All my contacts are sober and not wanting to talk. I relapsed after months of no alcohol. I’m such a failure but I’m feeling so good and don’t have to work tomorrow so fuck it. Should I tell my wife I drank or just let it be? Idk.
