Hard to get jobs if you get supple?

I have been detained so many times.

In first year i was detained

In 2nd year i was detained

Now i am in 3rd year hope i dont get detained again

But now i am worried cus I heard giving supple affects your chances of landing a job in a govt college. How true is that?
