Walmart employees says spark orders only until 1030pm but store closes at 11pm

I had a spark order that came in at 10:25 PM and I checked out at 10:40 PM and the lady at the self checkout section told me this is the last time she’s going to reopen the register and I was supposed to cancel the order for anything beyond 10:30 PM

Has anyone experienced this? Is this consistent across all stores or do I just have a few lazy bums at my store?
