Medal post visibility of imported clip issue

I can see the "hide from profile" button on the clip player, but for some reason, when I have imported this clip, it says unlisted and I have no option to change the post to public. On mobile, it just says to post, and when I post it, a duplicate of the clip is imported, and it is still unlisted.
