Flexdrive insurance expired on o day, can’t drive, freaking out

So I’ve had a flexdrive rental for coming up to a year now. Everything smoothly. About 20 days ago I got the notification that my insurance as set to expire on April 1st. I go to my flexdrive location, twice, both times they assure me it’s fine and that it will be reuploaded on the day of. A few days ago (and earlier today) I receive an email telling me, verbatim: Your rental vehicle's insurance document expires in 5 days. Flexdrive is working to get an updated insurance document into our system, so there is no action needed by you at this time.

Ok so I guess I’m set???

Turns out, no. I just got locked out. I’m freaking out. I tried everything to avoid this. Rent, end of month bills, everything is due. And now I have this shit to worry about. I’m going to visit flexdrive first thing in the morning but I’m freaking out pretty hard right now. Anyone else???
