Doubt regarding original documents

Hello eveyone, I am from India planning to apply for the 2027 MEXT Scholarship, they have mentioned that they require original copies of the results of every school year/ high school year, if anyone has applied previously, do schools give original copies of board results for std 11 and 12, and would that take a while to acquire?
