[TOMT] [Music (Vocal Sample)] [2000s] "I'm a bad boy, we the big boys"

I've been listening to funkot remixes and I'm curious about this vocal sample (There's a walk on the street on the saturday night... 'Cuz I'm a bad boy, we the big boys!). Any infos about them?
