Hey everyone,

RISER has been out a week now and one of the main bits of feedback I got was about the pricing.

Fair enough.

People were not that into paying $39.99 a year for another new alarm app, so I’ve changed it and added a special event:

Yearly was $39.99, **now $9.99 for the first year, then renews at $19.99 (first year half price until April 30th)**

Monthly was $4.99, **now $2.99 with a 3-day free trial**

The reason I built RISER is because I always found the usual advice around waking up earlier a bit stupid.

Set your alarm for 5am tomorrow. Put your phone across the room. Don’t snooze. Be disciplined.

That works for about 2 days and then you’re back where you started.

RISER works differently. Instead of expecting you to suddenly wake up at a time your body is not used to, it gradually moves your alarm earlier over time.

So if you usually wake up at 7am, but want to get to 6am, it might look like this:

Day 1: 6:55

Day 2: 6:50

Day 3: 6:45

Snooze

Day 4: 6:45 again

*And so on until you hit 6am*

It is not trying to catch you out or punish you for having one bad morning. It just helps you move towards your goal in a way that is actually realistic.

You can choose whether it moves 2, 5, 10, or 15 minutes at a time.

A friend told me it’s like Runna for waking up, I don’t know about that, but I’ll take it 😁

I know you could just move your alarm manually every day, but I built this because I wanted that process handled for me, and it genuinely helped me stick to it.

Also added a skip next alarm button because life happens and I enjoy a late morning every now and then. And there are other features that will help you reach your goal.

I want to share it here in case anyone else has the same problem.
