TX bias for PA school?

hi,

i am a tx resident and know that tx has its own system for medical school applications. this seems to cause higher average gpas and mcat scores for tx med school acceptances and i have also heard that tx students are less likely to get oos offers bc most texans stay in tx for the lower tuition. is there a similar phenomenon for texan pa schools (very different general criteria in vs out of tx)? ik caspa includes most or all texas schools, so i think the tx-only phenomenon is not present, but i wanted to get yalls input. thanks!
