They have zero sense of communication, who they are talking to, where the exact pick up location is, what is the drop off.

First i inquired, the team did not go forward with my request, due to the delay in days, after this i inquired again, and they made a confirmation that a survey will happen next day and pick up after that day.

I made sure by asking it 10 times if the survey will happen the next day they all said YES.

Next day when i call, a lady talks and tells, my inquiry was never registered from my own location but GOA, which WAS NEVER MENTIONED.

Later i call and register again, and the team say that they dont have any availability till next 5-6 days, which again no one ever mentioned to me and i had to urgently send my stuff somewhere.

They again, they confirm that they will do a video survey and send my stuff next day and just gave me a quotation without any analysis - which was 10K.

After that the lady who talked to me said since you dont have much stuff, you will have no survey done and directly your stuff will be sent.

Now i started to get the breakdown of the amount, how is it coming to 10k.

After this, she gets frustrated and says yes to the survey and sends the message to her colleague, BUT GUESS WHAT? She sent the message to me instead, LOL.

Please never take their services, they have wasted my precious 2 days, where i could have taken up my inquiry somewhere else.
