Does anything have pockets in Midnight?

I have been trying to pick pocket literally everything and nothing I've run into has pockets. Not even the literal thieves in Murder Row. I just want to turn into the enemy for a few minutes using Glyph of Disguise.

Has anyone found any enemies that can be pick pocketed or did this feature go the way of battle pets? 😔
