Need help here... 8g to 6g after only having 8g for 2 weeks

I did NOT do the proper research before doing this. All I knew was the basic "Wait 2 weeks between each stretch"

As of making this post it has been 3 hours since the stretch was done. It didnt hurt a lot, a slightly mean pinch, and it did swell for a bit. But by now the initial soreness is gone but after looking stuff up because for some reason only now did I bother to look shit up, you're supposed to wait 3-4 months?

I need advice on what i should do asap as im still in the first 24hrs.

The swelling in the photos has already subsided too which has surprised meyebsb
