hii!!! does anyone have any clicker training audios they recommend?

hiii!!!!!! i recently got a clicker and i've been looking for audios to melt me! theyre pretty fuun and relaxing but i think my brains just too wound up and worried all the time to fully absorb it,,, so i was just wondering if anyone has anything that is just like BRAIN BREAKING! like just super effective and preferably teasing/mean/sadistic, like someone making me feel terrible and then just like forcing me to stay there and feel good and clicker training me. ii duunno if thats a hard ask so sorry!1!
